Dr. Sameer, a revered HR practitioner and a Learning and Development Leader, brings with him 24 years of experience, leadership, and an impressive track record of achievements in the realm of Human Resources and Organizational Development.
Dr. Sameer has left an indelible mark on the landscape of business growth. His journey includes distinguished stints in industries like Tata, Toyota Saudi, Zenta Group, Danube Group, and other esteemed firms. His forte lies in the identification, guidance, and mentoring of leaders, empowering them to attain extraordinary feats in their professional journeys.
Going beyond corporate triumphs, Dr. Sameer Shah is widely known for his outstanding skills in building capabilities and fostering competence overseas. He continues to contribute to the welfare and development of the community. For the past 12 years, Dr. Sameer Shah has not only served as the Director of the Danube Welfare Center but continues to do so, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the welfare of the society.
With significant experience and leadership quality, Dr. Sameer has been closely associated with the Dubai Government for more than a decade. The Dubai Government has bestowed upon him the prestigious title of Humanitarian Pioneer in the UAE for his unremarkable work in the welfare and development of the community. He has been granted a Golden Visa as an honor for his continuous service. He works exclusively with the Community Development Authority (CDA) on several projects. Some of the ongoing projects are Dubai jail, Special Needs, workforce development, and many other campaigns.
Dr. Sameer Anwar Shah is celebrated for his proficiency in Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Change Management, Talent Management, Employee Experience, and and his capabilities extend well beyond the realm of Six Sigma methodology. His commitment to training and coaching executives, business leaders, and individuals from diverse professional backgrounds has consistently contributed to the achievement of organizational goals and the expansion of capabilities.
